Not yet. The current focus is bulletproof iPhone background audio and AirPods reliability, which most boxers, runners, and lifters need first. Watch support is on the roadmap once the iPhone experience is fully solid.
The library ships with curated presets — Tabata, EMOM, Fighter rounds, Sprint 8, Yoga Flow, Pomodoro, and more. You can also build custom presets in seconds: slide work, slide rest, set rounds, save. No subscription, no preset paywall.
Yes. Spoken cues are mixed through the iOS audio session so your music keeps playing on AirPods, headphones, or your gym Bluetooth speaker. Cues duck the music briefly, then it returns to full volume — no manual pausing required.
Free on the App Store. No ads, no analytics SDKs, no subscription paywall in front of basic timing. If a paid tier ever ships, the existing preset library and core timer stay free.
Sessions can optionally be logged to the Apple Health app as Functional Strength Training or HIIT workouts so they show up in your Activity rings. Permission is asked on first save and can be revoked any time in Settings.
Save, tag, and read links on iPhone with biometric lock and an offline reader. Mac menu-bar companion included.
A meditative block-drop puzzle with chain reactions, gravity shifts, and Game Center leaderboards. Twelve boards, no ads.
