Privacy

Where are my links stored?

On your device. No account, no server, no sync service in the middle. You can optionally back up through your own iCloud.

Do you track anything?

No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party SDKs. The app only talks to the web when you save a link to fetch metadata or archive a page.

Frequently asked

How do I save a link?

Use the iOS Share Sheet from any app — Safari, Mail, Messages, anywhere. Linkable also watches your clipboard and surfaces a quick-save banner.

Does Linkable work offline?

Yes. Each saved link is archived as a .webarchive so the full page is readable without a connection.

How does Starred work?

Tap the star on any link to pin it above the rest of your library. Starred links also surface in Spotlight and widgets first.

What's Library Health?

A scan that finds broken or dead URLs in your library so you can clean them up or re-archive while the page still loads.

Can I lock my library?

Yes — Face ID / Touch ID protects the whole app. Enable it in Settings.

Is there an Android version?

No. Linkable is iOS-only by design — it leans on Share Sheet, Spotlight, Widgets, and system APIs that don't exist on other platforms.

Troubleshooting

A link saved without a title or favicon

Some sites block metadata scraping. Open the link once inside Linkable to trigger a full fetch and refresh the card.

The Share Extension doesn't appear

Enable it under Share Sheet → More → Edit Actions → Linkable. iOS hides new extensions by default.

Spotlight doesn't find my links

Make sure Linkable is enabled in iOS Settings → Siri & Search. Reindexing can take a minute after a big import.
